Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Reseller Bazzar ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering, logging in, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and that you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

We operate as an "intermediary" as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the IT Act, 2000. We provide a venue where resellers, manufacturers, wholesalers, brokers and buyers can list, discover and negotiate goods. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not own, sell, ship or take title to any of the goods listed. We do not control or verify the truthfulness of statements made by sellers, and we make no warranty regarding product quality, legality, suitability or fitness.

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information at signup.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and OTP confidential; all activity under your account is your responsibility.
• Only one account per person/business is allowed. Multiple accounts to abuse referrals, promotions or to bypass bans are prohibited.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law without prior notice.

4.1 Listings. Sellers may post products via the Add-Product form or the Bulk Upload (CSV) tool. Each listing must accurately describe the goods, include a real and lawful asking price (in INR), and use photographs that the seller owns or is licensed to use.

4.2 Bulk Upload. Sellers using the CSV bulk upload tool are responsible for the accuracy of every row. We may reject rows that fail validation and limit bulk-uploads per account to prevent spam.

4.3 RFQs. Buyers may submit Requests for Quote. We will broadcast the RFQ to up to ten matching verified sellers based on category and location. Quotes returned by sellers are binding offers until withdrawn or expired.

4.4 In-App Chat. Conversations between buyers and sellers are recorded on the Platform for safety, dispute resolution and compliance. Do not share OTPs, passwords, bank credentials, or sensitive personal data via chat.

4.5 Saved Searches & Wishlist. Buyers may subscribe to daily/weekly digest emails for saved searches and add products to a wishlist. You can disable digests or remove items at any time from the relevant page.

Users must not list or attempt to transact in any of the following:

• Stolen vehicles, stolen mobiles, or any goods obtained illegally.
• Counterfeit goods, IPR-infringing replicas, or unauthorised duplicates of branded products.
• Narcotics, psychotropic substances, weapons, ammunition, explosives, hazardous chemicals.
• Tobacco, alcohol, prescription drugs, human organs, wildlife products or animals.
• Adult content, escort services, gambling-related items, or services prohibited by the IT Rules 2021.
• Items requiring a licence (e.g., firearms, certain medical devices) without proof of the licence.
• Any item the sale of which is restricted or prohibited under Indian law.

You must not (a) scrape, crawl or harvest Platform data without our written consent; (b) post spam, phishing links, or malware; (c) impersonate any person or business; (d) interfere with the security of the Platform; or (e) use Platform contact lists for unsolicited marketing.

Paid plans and listing promotions (e.g., "Boost for 3 days", "Homepage Trending") are charged in INR through Razorpay or another PCI-DSS-compliant gateway. By purchasing, you authorise the listed amount, applicable GST, and any duration-tier discount that applies. All payments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

When a person you refer via your unique referral code completes signup and activates their account, you become eligible for a referral bonus credited to your in-platform wallet. Bonus amounts depend on your tier (Bronze / Silver / Gold / Platinum) and may be changed by us with notice. Referral bonuses can be used towards plans and promotions but are not redeemable for cash. We reserve the right to cancel bonuses earned through fraud, multiple-account abuse, or self-referrals.

You retain ownership of the content you post (listings, photos, descriptions, chats, RFQs). By posting, you grant Reseller Bazzar a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, distribute, index, cache, reproduce and create thumbnails of that content solely for operating, marketing and improving the Services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this licence.

The Reseller Bazzar name, logo, design, source code, database, and user-interface elements are owned by us or our licensors and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. See our Copyright Disclaimer for take-down procedures.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that data will be accurate, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services will meet your requirements. Use of the Services is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reseller Bazzar, its directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data or business opportunity arising from or in connection with use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages, if any, shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is lower.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reseller Bazzar, its officers, employees, agents and affiliates from any claim, loss, damage, liability, expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your breach of these Terms or applicable law; (b) the content you submit; (c) your transactions with other users; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.

Any person aggrieved by content hosted on the Platform may notify us in writing. On receipt of a valid notice or court order, we will act expeditiously and in any case within 36 hours to disable or remove the offending content, in accordance with Rule 3(1)(d) of the IT Rules 2021.

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if such action is required to protect other users, the Platform, or third parties. On termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately but provisions on IP, indemnity, limitation of liability, and governing law survive.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform and/or email at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-court jurisdictions, all disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat. The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably; failing which, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Surat with a sole arbitrator appointed mutually.
