By accessing Reseller Bazzar, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding commercial contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Registration requires an authentic Indian mobile phone number verified through SMS One-Time Password (OTP). You agree to keep your credentials secure and assume responsibility for all activities conducted under your verified account.

Reseller Bazzar is a digital discovery and communication platform connecting buyers and sellers across India. We provide the technical infrastructure to list products, broadcast buying requirements (RFQs), and engage in direct real-time chat.

We are not a party to commercial contracts: Reseller Bazzar does not set product prices, take custody of goods, process buyer-seller escrow, or handle logistics. Deal terms, payments, and delivery timelines are agreed upon directly between the buyer and seller.

Sellers posting product or service listings agree to the following standards:

• All listings must provide accurate descriptions, clear pricing, and authentic photographs of the actual items.
• Product categories and city tags must genuinely correspond to the seller's operational base and stock availability.
• Sellers must have legal authority and license to distribute the branded items listed on their storefront.

The following goods and services are strictly prohibited from being listed or negotiated on Reseller Bazzar:

• Counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized replica merchandise.
• Firearms, explosives, weapons, and hazardous chemicals.
• Prescription pharmaceuticals, narcotics, or restricted medical supplies.
• Financial instruments, pyramid schemes, or unauthorized multi-level marketing programs.
• Stolen property or items infringing third-party intellectual property rights.

Our direct messaging tools and RFQ broadcast channels must be used strictly for legitimate commercial inquiries. Spamming sellers with unrelated promotional material, harassment, abusive language, or fraudulent payment demands will result in immediate permanent suspension of the offending account.

Under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT Rules 2021, Reseller Bazzar acts as an electronic intermediary. We do not initiate the transmission, select the receiver, or modify information contained in seller listings or buyer messages.

Reseller Bazzar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from transaction defaults, defective goods, or commercial disputes between buyers and sellers.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
