Reseller Bazzar respects the intellectual property of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000 ("IT Act"), and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 ("IT Rules 2021"). As an intermediary, we are protected by Section 79 of the IT Act provided we observe due diligence and act on a valid take-down notice within 36 hours of receipt.

The Reseller Bazzar name, logo, design, source code, database schema, page templates, illustrations and original copy are owned by Reseller Bazzar or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and other IP laws. Listings, photos, and descriptions posted by users remain the property of those users, but are licensed to us for hosting and display under our Terms & Conditions.

By posting any listing, image, video, RFQ or chat message, you confirm that:

• You either own the content or have all necessary rights and licences to publish it.
• The content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or right of publicity/privacy.
• You will indemnify us against any claim arising from infringing content you submit.

If you believe your copyrighted work or trademark has been infringed on Reseller Bazzar, send a written notice to our designated contact below with the following details (required for us to act):

• Your full name, address, telephone number and email.
• A description of the copyrighted work or trademark, with proof of ownership (registration certificate or first-publication evidence).
• The exact URL(s) on Reseller Bazzar where the allegedly infringing material is located.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send a written counter-notice to the same address including: identification of the removed content and its location before removal, a statement of good-faith belief that the removal was due to error or mis-identification, your contact details, and your physical or electronic signature.

Accounts that receive multiple valid take-down notices may be permanently terminated and barred from creating new accounts. We maintain logs of removed content as required under the IT Rules 2021.

Brand names, model numbers and product specifications may be referenced in good faith on the Platform for descriptive purposes ("nominative fair use") — for example, "iPhone 13 compatible case" or "Lenovo ThinkPad spare battery". Such references do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by the brand owner.

We may update this Disclaimer to reflect changes in law or our practices. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
