Reseller Bazzar respects third-party intellectual property and complies with the Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000 ("IT Act"), and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 ("IT Rules 2021").

As an electronic intermediary, Reseller Bazzar is protected by Section 79 of the IT Act, provided we observe statutory due diligence and disable access to infringing material within 36 hours of receiving actual knowledge through a valid take-down notice.

If you believe your copyrighted work, trademark, or proprietary image has been copied and made accessible on Reseller Bazzar in a way that constitutes infringement, please submit a notice containing:

Upon receipt of a complete notice meeting statutory requirements:

• Our legal team verifies the submission and disables public access to the challenged listing within 36 hours.
• We notify the uploader of the take-down and provide the basis of the claim.
• Repeat infringers who repeatedly post counterfeit or infringing content are permanently banned from the marketplace.

If a seller believes their content was removed by mistake or misidentification, they may submit a formal counter-notice containing proof of authorization, invoices, or licensing agreements.
