Buying & safety

How do I contact a seller?: Open any product or business page and contact the seller directly by call, chat or the enquiry form. Reseller Bazzar does not sit between you and the seller.
How do I know a seller is trustworthy?: Look for the verified/trusted badge, read reviews, confirm the business address, and use in-app chat for a traceable record. See the Buyer Safety Guide.
Should I ever share my OTP?: No. Reseller Bazzar will never ask for your OTP. Anyone requesting it is attempting fraud — report them via the Help page.
What if I need a large or custom order?: Post a Request for Quote (RFQ) or use 'Looking to buy' — matching sellers in your city will send you quotes.
