Image License & Usage Policy

Photographs you upload — whether through the Add-Product form, the Bulk Upload (CSV) tool, or your business storefront — remain your intellectual property. Reseller Bazzar does not claim proprietary copyright or ownership of your images.

By uploading an image, you grant Reseller Bazzar a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable license to:

• Host, store, copy, compress (we convert to high-efficiency WebP format), resize, and cache the image.
• Display the image on listing pages, search results, category pages, sliders, storefronts, and mobile interfaces.
• Use the image in transactional notifications (buyer leads, RFQ matching alerts, saved search digests).
• Feature the image in non-paid social media promotions highlighting verified sellers on the marketplace.

This license terminates when you delete the corresponding listing or your seller account, except for archived conversation records preserved for audit and dispute resolution.

When you upload an image, you legally warrant that:

• You own the copyright or have written authorization from the copyright holder to publish the image.
• The image represents the authentic, actual product being offered — no deceptive stock imagery or misleading mockups.
• The photo does not infringe on any third-party trademark, logo, industrial design, or privacy rights.

The following images are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate removal:

• Photos depicting counterfeit, pirated, or stolen merchandise.
• Obscene, defamatory, hateful, or sexually suggestive imagery.
• Images containing personal identification numbers, bank details, or non-public private individuals without consent.
• Watermarks belonging to competing marketplaces or unverified third-party certification logos.

In compliance with Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT Rules 2021, Reseller Bazzar operates an expedited notice-and-take-down mechanism for copyright owners.

If an image infringes your copyright, submit a formal infringement notice to our Grievance Officer at support@resellerbazzar.in containing the listing URL, proof of ownership, and contact information. Infringing content will be disabled within 36 hours.
