Refund & Cancellation Policy

Reseller Bazzar is a free discovery platform. We do not charge fees for account creation, product listing publishing, catalog updates, receiving buyer inquiries, or in-app direct messaging.

Users may discontinue use or delete their account at any time without any cancellation fee or liability.

Sellers who choose to purchase optional promotional packages (such as featured homepage slots, priority category placement, or additional buyer lead quotas) pay a one-time or recurring fee processed through our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay).

Subscription plans do not automatically charge without explicit user consent. When a plan expires, services revert to the standard free tier unless manually renewed.

Refunds are granted under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If a technical glitch causes multiple debits for a single package.
• Service Non-Delivery: If a paid promotional plan fails to activate on the seller profile due to a verified platform outage.
• Cancellation within 24 Hours: If a seller requests cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and zero buyer leads or promotion features have been utilized.

Plans are strictly non-refundable once activated benefits have been accessed, leads have been unlocked, or the promotional duration has commenced.

Reseller Bazzar is not a party to commercial contracts between buyers and sellers. We do not hold escrow funds, collect payments on behalf of sellers, or oversee delivery.

Any refund, return, or cancellation requests related to merchandise purchased from a seller listed on Reseller Bazzar must be addressed directly with that seller in accordance with their terms of sale.
