1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid services on Reseller Bazzar, including subscription plans, listing promotions ("Boost for 3 days", "Homepage Trending"), bulk-upload add-ons, and any other paid features ("Paid Services"). Reseller Bazzar operates as an intermediary; we do not sell, ship or take title to any goods posted by sellers, and we are notresponsible for refunds of goods purchased off-platform between buyers and sellers.
2. Subscription Plans
2.1 Cancellation. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your profile dashboard. Cancellation prevents auto-renewal but does not entitle you to a pro-rata refund for the unused portion.
2.2 Refund window. Refund requests for a newly purchased subscription must be raised within 3 calendar days of payment, provided you have not consumed any benefits (e.g., no leads received, no boosted listings, no premium features used).
2.3 Pro-rata refund. If we materially fail to deliver a paid benefit (e.g., promised lead-routing is unavailable for more than 72 hours due to our outage), we may issue a partial refund or extend your subscription, at our discretion.
3. Listing Promotions
"Boost for 3 days", "Homepage Trending" and other promotions begin immediately on payment confirmation and are non-refundableonce the slot is allocated. If a technical issue prevents us from displaying your promotion for the full purchased duration, we will extend the duration by the affected period at no additional cost.
4. RFQs, Chat & Free Features
Submitting an RFQ, sending in-app messages, adding items to your wishlist, saving searches, and accepting/rejecting quotes are free of charge. No refund applies because no payment is taken for these features.
5. How to Request a Refund
To raise a refund request:
- Email support@resellerbazzar.in from the email registered on your account.
- Include your full name, registered phone number, payment reference (Razorpay order/payment ID), and a brief reason.
- Attach relevant screenshots if the refund is for a service-delivery failure.
We acknowledge refund requests within 24 hours and resolve them within 7–10 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay; bank settlement may take an additional 3–5 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Referral wallet credits, signup bonuses and promotional vouchers are non-cash and non-refundable.
- Charges already settled to third-party payment gateways as transaction fees.
- Any service consumed in full prior to a refund request.
- Payments where the user is found to be in breach of our Terms.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage you to contact us first before raising a chargeback with your bank. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to suspension of your account. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our Grievance Officer may be escalated under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the appropriate consumer-dispute redressal commission having jurisdiction.
8. Goods Sold Between Users
Reseller Bazzar does not facilitate the payment for goods sold between buyers and sellers; such transactions are settled directly off-platform. Disputes over off-platform purchases (delivery, quality, damages) must be resolved between the buyer and the seller. We may, on request and at our discretion, share relevant chat or listing history to assist a legitimate investigation.
